Christian Bernert is an inspiring authority, manager, trainer and consultant. He has more than forty years of professional experience as project and program manager of multicultural projects in various industries and technologies. Both as head of a project management academy, of project management programs to establish PMO’s and of measuring project leading organizational units by maturity maturity, he has always brought in and implemented his management experience paired with expert knowledge.

Christian has always lived his passion for project and programme management as a professional vocation  and has emphatically communicated the benefits and their significance for corporate management. Through his practical application and implementation experience, he has developed methods for identifying crises in projects at an early stage through the use of early warning indicators. In this way, he has opened up opportunities for companies to put projects that have fallen into crisis back on track through targeted measures and intensive coaching.

He has led projects and programs for large global companies and has successfully implemented global business change processes and programs worldwide. He has developed organizational and individual project and program management skills to lead multicultural teams to common goals.

From 2012 to 2015, a global Infrastructure & Cities, Digital Grid program led by Siemens was known as “PM@Siemens”. With this program, Siemens sets corporate rules for its global project business in one hundred and ninety countries where projects are conducted.

Christians leadership in Siemens Infrastructure & Cities, Digital Grid, the practical application was recognized as “Bench-Mark” Best Practice for the project business in Siemens.

In 2013, the company Sogln Ltd. was founded and in 2016 became a member of the Academy for Potential Development. Christian in 2013.

In 2000, Christian was named “Project Manager” of the Year by the World Business Federation “Who is Who”.

Christian recognized early in his career that projects and programs are essential for transforming change. These constantly evolving methods enable him to always establish positive and lasting results through a change of strategy in the companies.

He realized that only in companies that understand this necessary connection, subject the organizational skills to a continuous maturation process, can develop the unleashing and motivating power to achieve outstanding business results.

Christian has worked as a project and programme leader in complex environments throughout his career in both industry and the public sector. He has worked as a senior coach in but hundreds of project seminars across Europe as well as in China, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Morocco, Brazil, Mexico and the United States. He was a keynote speaker at more than fifty trade fairs and has been invited by various organisations as a moderator and coach for numerous project workshops. Based on his many years of experience, he and his company Sogln Ltd. developed the web-based tool “Lean Project Management”, which enables project teams to work together on a global network “just in time”. His newly developed tool “Agility”, which is based on the SCRUM method, shortens the project duration in interaction with “Lean Project Management” in a pragmatic way.
